Sam North, now a third-year undergraduate at St Edmund Hall, spent 10 weeks in our group over the summers as part of the highly competitive EPSRC Vacation Internship scheme. At the beginning of November, Sam presented his results on early transition metal hydrides during a poster session in the CRL. The entire third-year Teddy Hall chemistry cohort came along to support and celebrate Sam’s success.
